Structa Profile offers one of the most advanced, state-of-the-art CNC Fiber Laser Cutting facilities in South Africa. The facility is equipped with multiple cutting beds measuring up to 13 800 mm x 3 000 mm, capable of processing a wide range of materials.

- Maximum Cutting Size: 13 800 mm x 3 000 mm
MAXIMUM LASER CUT THICKNESS:
- Carbon Steel: 70 mm
- Stainless steel: 50 mm
OPERATING TOLERANCES:
- ±0.2 mm – 2 mm depending on thickness and grade of material.
We are able to supply and cut the following materials:
CARBON STEEL:
- S355 JR+AR
- S355 J2+N
- SA516 GR70+N
- Wear Plate 200 to Wear Plate 690
- Supraform
STAINLESS STEEL:
- 3CR12
